Components and Valves 

Vacuum components are indispensable for connecting individual components of a vacuum system, such as vacuum pumps and vacuum chambers. Several types of feedthroughs can also be used. These make it possible to transfer electrical currents, signals, fluids or mechanical movements into or out of the vacuum chamber. Manipulators are used to move and place samples or components. Valves are used to close and open lines between vacuum chambers, pumps and measurement instruments. Pfeiffer Vacuum offers a wide variety of vacuum components, feedthroughs, manipulators and valves in both standard and custom designs.
